So, you thought you were headed to the Neese's corporate home page... and now you're wondering how you ended up on this site aren't ya?
Well, let me explain.
About This Web Site (Domain Name)
After growing up enjoying Neese's Sausage, I went to check out their Web site which I saw mentioned in one of their TV ads. I typed in NeesesSausage.com (just like you did). Instead of finding the Neese's home page, I got a "Web Site Can't Be Found Error". Obviously I misread the address on television.
I then realized that the Neese's Official Site was at NeeseSausage.com after Google-ing them. It was originally registered on February 18th, 2003. I went to GoDaddy and checked on NeesesSausage.com's availability. To my surprise, NeesesSausage.com was available. So I registered it (September 14th, 2004 - A year and a half after the Official Neese's domain was registered).
Why Did I Register It?
Well, I know how mean people can be and wanted to assist the nice folks at Neese's in preventing NeesesSausage.com from being used for a porn site or any other discusting use.
