Sausage Ball Recipe
Are they bread, sausage, cheese or what?
Well, yes... would be the answer to that question about sausage balls!
They are wonderfully bready, tasty, sausageful, cheesiful goodness!
- 1 lb. Sausage (Neese's of Course)
- 1 (10 oz.) pack mild or sharp cheddar cheese (according to taste), grated (Go with Kraft)
- 3 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick is Best)
- 1 tsp. paprika
Have sausage and cheese at room temperature.
Combine; mix well. Add paprika and biscuit mix. Roll into small balls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Yields about 100 sausage balls.
Serve sausage balls to party guests year-round! Everyone loves sausage balls even if the holidays are months away!
